南乳粉絲素滋味雞 Braised Vegan Half Chicken with Red Fermented Bean Curd
材料:
好素素滋味雞 – 1/2包
粉絲 – 40克
椰菜(切絲)- 10克
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 適量
瑞春醬油阿伯黑豆醬油 – 適量
糖 – 適量
南乳 – 1磚
水 – 適量
生粉 – 適量
Ingredients:
Soo Good Vegan Half Chicken –1/2pack
Vermicelli – 40g
Cabbage (shredded) – 10g
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt
Ruei Chun Grandpa Black Bean Soy Sauce
Sugar
Red fermented bean curd – 1 cube
Water
Cornstarch
做法:
粉絲浸水至軟身備用。
鍋中加入南乳及水煮溶,倒入醬油,下適量生粉水煮成糊狀。
素滋味雞塗上南乳後隔水蒸5分鐘,再放至鑊中煎成金黃色,切片備用。
椰菜炒熟,加入南乳、粉絲及水,煮滾後下鹽和糖。
將素滋味雞及粉絲排上碟,淋上南乳汁即可。
Steps:
Soak vermicelli until soft. Set aside.
Add water and red fermented bean curd in a lot, stir and mix completely. Add soy sauce and cornstarch slurry, cook until thickened.
Coat the Vegan Half Chicken with red fermented bean curd mixture and steam for 5 minutes. Then sear until golden brown. Slice and transfer to a serving plate.
Sauté the cabbage in a pan, add the rest of the red fermented bean curd mixture, vermicelli and water, bring it to boil. Then add the salt and sugar.
Glaze sauce on Vegan Half Chicken, ready to serve.
