南乳粉絲素滋味雞
Braised Vegan Half Chicken with Red Fermented Bean Curd




材料:
好素素滋味雞 – 1/2包
粉絲 – 40克
椰菜(切絲)- 10克
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 適量
瑞春醬油阿伯黑豆醬油 – 適量
糖 – 適量
南乳 – 1磚
水 – 適量
生粉 – 適量
Ingredients:
Soo Good Vegan Half Chicken –1/2pack
Vermicelli – 40g
Cabbage (shredded) – 10g
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt
Ruei Chun Grandpa Black Bean Soy Sauce
Sugar
Red fermented bean curd – 1 cube
Water
Cornstarch
做法:
- 粉絲浸水至軟身備用。
- 鍋中加入南乳及水煮溶,倒入醬油,下適量生粉水煮成糊狀。
- 素滋味雞塗上南乳後隔水蒸5分鐘,再放至鑊中煎成金黃色,切片備用。
- 椰菜炒熟,加入南乳、粉絲及水,煮滾後下鹽和糖。
- 將素滋味雞及粉絲排上碟,淋上南乳汁即可。
Steps:
- Soak vermicelli until soft. Set aside.
- Add water and red fermented bean curd in a lot, stir and mix completely. Add soy sauce and cornstarch slurry, cook until thickened.
- Coat the Vegan Half Chicken with red fermented bean curd mixture and steam for 5 minutes. Then sear until golden brown. Slice and transfer to a serving plate.
- Sauté the cabbage in a pan, add the rest of the red fermented bean curd mixture, vermicelli and water, bring it to boil. Then add the salt and sugar.
- Glaze sauce on Vegan Half Chicken, ready to serve.
