南乳粉絲素鮑魚仔
Vegan Mini Abalone with Red Fermented Bean Curd

材料:
好素素小鮑魚 – 1包
唐芹(切段)- 20克
紅椒(切絲)- 10克
粉絲 – 60克
薑(切茸)- 8克

一口田天然海鹽 – ¼茶匙
南乳 – 半件
糖 – ½茶匙
麻油 – 適量

Ingredients:
Soo Good Mini Abalones – 1 pack
Chinese celery (sectioned) – 20g
Red pepper (shredded) – 10g
Vermicelli – 60g
Ginger (minced) – 8g

Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt – ¼ tsp
Red fermented bean curd – ½ pc
Sugar – ½ tsp
Sesame oil
Sugar – ½ tsp

Cornstarch
做法:
- 炒香薑茸及南乳。
- 加入素鮑魚仔及少量水炆煮5分鐘。
- 加入調味料及粉絲,煮滾後加入唐芹、紅椒。
- 將粉絲及材料倒入碟中,素鮑魚放上面即成。
Steps:
- Sauté minced ginger and red fermented bean curd.
- Add mini abalone and small amount of water, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add seasoning and vermicelli, bring to boil, add Chinese celery and red pepper.
- Transfer vermicelli, celery and red pepper to a serving plate, place mini abalone on top and ready to serve.
