沙茶醬炒素雞翼
Stir-Fried Veggie Chicken Wings with Shacha Sauce




材料:
好素素雞翼 – 300克
青椒(切條)- 30克
黃椒(切條)- 30克
薑茸 – 8克
杏鮑菇(切條)- 30克
雲耳 – 15克
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 1茶匙
瑞春醬油阿伯黑豆醬油 – ¼茶匙
菇王素香菇沙茶醬 – 1茶匙
糖 – 2茶匙
生抽 – ¼茶匙
生粉 – 適量
Ingredients:
Soo Good Veggie Chicken Wings – 300g
Green pepper (shredded) – 30g
Yellow pepper (shredded) – 30g
Minced ginger – 8g
King oyster mushroom (shredded) – 30g
Black fungus – 15g
Seasoning :
UO Natural Sea Salt
Ruei Chun Grandpa Black Bean Soy Sauce – ¼ tsp
Gu Wong Vegetarian Sha Cha Sauce – 1 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Soy sauce – ¼ tsp
Gu Wong Vegetarian Sha Cha Sauce – 1 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Soy sauce – ¼ tsp
Cornstarch
做法:
- 雲耳用鹽油水汆水後盛起備用。
- 炒熟杏鮑菇、青椒及黃椒,盛起備用。
- 煎香素雞翼,盛起備用。
- 下薑茸及沙茶醬炒香,加入雲耳和杏鮑菇炒熱。
- 加入少量水、調味料、素雞翼、青椒及黃椒,炒勻。
- 加入生粉水埋芡即成。
Steps:
- Blanch black fungus with salt and oil, drain and set aside.
- Sauté king oyster mushroom, green and yellow peppers, set aside.
- Sear chicken wings and set aside.
- Sauté minced ginger and shacha sauce until fragrant, add black fungus and king oyster mushroom, stir to combine.
- Add seasoning, chicken wings, green and yellow peppers and water, stir to combine.
- Add cornstarch slurry to thicken. Serve.
