沙茶醬炒素雞翼
Stir-Fried Vegetarian Chicken Wings with Shacha Sauce

沙茶醬炒素雞翼
材料:
好素素雞翼 – 300克
青椒(切條)- 30克
黃椒(切條)- 30克
薑茸 – 8克
杏鮑菇(切條)- 30克
雲耳 – 15克
 
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 1茶匙
瑞春醬油阿伯黑豆醬油 – ¼茶匙
菇王素香菇沙茶醬 1茶匙
糖 – 2茶匙
生抽 – ¼茶匙
Ingredients:
Soo Good Vegetarian Chicken Wings – 300g
Green pepper (shredded) – 30g
Yellow pepper (shredded) – 30g
Minced ginger – 8g
King oyster mushroom (shredded) – 30g
Black fungus – 15g
 
Seasoning :
UO Natural Sea Salt 
Ruei Chun Grandpa Black Bean Soy Sauce – ¼ tsp
Gu Wong Vegetarian Sha Cha Sauce – 1 tsp
Sugar
Soy sauce – 1/4 tsp
做法:
  1. 將雲耳用鹽油水汆水後盛起備用。
  2. 炒熟杏鮑菇、青椒及黃椒,盛起備用。
  3. 煎熱素雞翼,盛起備用。
  4. 下薑茸及沙茶醬炒香,加入雲耳和杏鮑菇炒熱。
  5. 加入少量水、調味料、素雞翼、青椒及黃椒,炒勻。
  6. 加少量生粉水埋芡,即成。
Steps:
  1. Blanch black fungus in salt and oil, drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the king oyster mushroom, green and yellow peppers, set aside.
  3. Pan fry chicken wings in oil, set aside.
  4. Sauté minced ginger and sha cha sauce until fragrant, add black fungus and king oyster mushroom, stir to combine.
  5. Add seasoning, chicken wings, green and yellow peppers, some water, stir fry to combine.
  6. Add cornstarch slurry to thicken. Serve.
