咖喱素雞翼
Vegetarian Chicken Wing Curry

材料:
好素素雞翼 – 300克
薯仔(切件)- 100克
青椒(切件)- 10克
紅椒(切件)- 10克
蘋果(切件)- 30克
提子乾 – 10克
薑(切茸)- 10克
 
調味:
一口田純素咖喱粉 – 15克
一口田天然海鹽 – 適量
薑黃粉 – 5克
椰汁 – 100毫升
淡奶 – 30毫升
水 – 100毫升
辣椒油 – 少許
糖 – 適量
Ingredients:
Soo Good Vegetarian Chicken Wings – 300g 
Potato (cut to pieces) – 100g
Green pepper (cut to pieces) – 10g
Red pepper (cut to pieces) – 10g
Apple (cut to pieces) – 30g
Raisins – 10g
Ginger (minced) – 10g
 
Seasoning:
UO Vegan Curry powder – 15g
UO Natural Sea Salt
Turmeric powder – 5g
Coconut milk – 100ml
Evaporated milk – 30ml
Water – 100ml
Chili oil 
Sugar 
做法:
  1. 素雞翼煎兩面;薯仔炸至金黃色;蘋果用熱水浸2分鐘。
  2. 爆香薑茸及咖哩粉,加入水、薯仔、素雞翼及蘋果炆煮至稔。
  3. 加入薑黃粉、青紅椒和生粉水煮成芡。最後倒入淡奶。
  4. 上碟,灑上少許辣椒油即成。
Steps:
  1. Sear chicken wings; deep-fry potatoes until golden brown; soak apple in hot water for 2 minutes.
  2. Sauté minced ginger and curry powder until fragrant, add water, potatoes, chicken wings and apple . Cover the lid and simmer until ingredients are tender. 
  3. Add turmeric powder, peppers and cornstarch slurry. Stir until thickened, then add the evaporated milk.
  4. Add chilli oil to serve.
