檸檬汁素滋味雞
Vegan Chicken with Lemon Sauce




材料:
素滋味雞 – 170克
檸檬(榨汁及切片)- 1個
檸檬汁材料:
檸蜜汁 – 35毫升
水 – 60毫升
白醋 – 10毫升
吉士粉 – 8克
糖 – 40克
鹽 – 1克
Ingredients:
Soo Good Vegan Chicken – 1 pack
Lemon (juiced & sliced) – 1
Lemon sauce seasoning:
Lemon Honey Sauce – 35 ml
Water – 60 ml
White vinegar – 10 ml
Custard powder – 8g
Sugar – 40g
Salt – 1g
做法:
- 鍋中加入檸檬汁、糖、水、白醋和鹽。
- 微微滾起後熄火,加入吉士粉及適量水攪拌均勻。
- 將素滋味雞蒸10分鐘後微微煎香,切件排上碟。
- 將檸檬片放上素滋味雞後,淋上檸檬汁即可。
Steps:
- Make lemon sauce by adding all seasoning (except the custard powder) in a pot, simmer on low heat.
- Turn off the heat when it starts to boil. Mix custard powder and water, then add tolemon sauce.
- Steam chicken for 10 minutes, then sear until golden brown. Cut in pieces and transfer to a serving plate.
- Place a few lemon slices on top of chicken and glaze with lemon sauce.
