泰式檸檬素鱈魚扒
Vegan Cod Fish Steak in Thai Style

材料:
好素素鱈魚扒 – 300克
檸檬(榨汁)- 1個
青檸(皮切絲)- 1個
香茅(切碎)- 1棵
紅椒(切絲)- 1隻
 
調味:
生抽 – ½茶匙
糖 – 1茶匙
香菇粉 – ½茶匙
胡椒粉 – 適量
Ingredients:
Soo Good Vegan Cod Fish Steak – 300g
Lemon (juiced) – 1 pc
Lime (zest) – 1 pc
Lemon grass (shredded) – 1
Red pepper (shredded) – 1
 
Seasoning:
Soy sauce – ½ tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Mushroom powder – ½ tsp
Grounded white pepper
做法:
  1. 素鱈魚扒放在碟上,大火蒸6分鐘。
  2. 香茅碎、青檸皮絲及紅椒絲鋪在素鱈魚扒上。
  3. 用小火將檸檬汁加熱,加入糖、生抽、香菇粉及胡椒粉,攪勻。
  4. 將醬汁淋在素鱈魚扒上即成。
Steps:
  1. Steam cod fish steaks in high heat for 6 minutes.
  2. Spread lemon grass, lime zest and red pepper on cod fish steaks.
  3. Heat lemon juice on low heat, add sugar, soy sauce, mushroom powder and grounded white pepper, stir to combine to make sauce.
  4. Glaze sauce over cod fish steaks.
