泰式檸檬素鱈魚扒
Vegan Cod Fish Steak in Thai Style

材料:
好素素鱈魚扒 – 300克
檸檬(榨汁)- 1個
青檸(皮切絲)- 1個
香茅(切碎)- 1棵
紅椒(切絲)- 1隻
調味:
生抽 – ½茶匙
糖 – 1茶匙
香菇粉 – ½茶匙
胡椒粉 – 適量
Ingredients:
Soo Good Vegan Cod Fish Steak – 300g
Lemon (juiced) – 1 pc
Lime (zest) – 1 pc
Lemon grass (shredded) – 1
Red pepper (shredded) – 1
Seasoning:
Soy sauce – ½ tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Mushroom powder – ½ tsp
Grounded white pepper
做法:
- 素鱈魚扒放在碟上,大火蒸6分鐘。
- 香茅碎、青檸皮絲及紅椒絲鋪在素鱈魚扒上。
- 用小火將檸檬汁加熱,加入糖、生抽、香菇粉及胡椒粉,攪勻。
- 將醬汁淋在素鱈魚扒上即成。
Steps:
- Steam cod fish steaks in high heat for 6 minutes.
- Spread lemon grass, lime zest and red pepper on cod fish steaks.
- Heat lemon juice on low heat, add sugar, soy sauce, mushroom powder and grounded white pepper, stir to combine to make sauce.
- Glaze sauce over cod fish steaks.
