炒鮮奶伴素小鮑
Stir-Fried Milk with Vegan Mini Abalone




材料:
好素素小鮑魚 – 150克
鮮奶 – 200毫升
雞蛋白 – 6隻
唐芹(切粒)- 10克
菜心(切粒)- 10克
南瓜子 – 3克
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 適量
糖 – 適量
白胡椒粉 – 適量
Ingredients:
Soo Good Vegan Mini Abalones – 150g
Milk – 200ml
Egg white – 6
Chinese celery (diced) -10g
Choy sum (diced) – 10g
Pumpkin seed – 3g
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt
Sugar
Grounded white pepper
做法:
- 素小鮑魚蒸8分鐘,盛起備用。
- 將蛋白加入鮮奶,放調味料後伴勻,除去浮面氣泡。
- 鍋中加少量油,小火溫度約60度左右,將鮮奶蛋白漿倒入後慢炒,凝固後上碟。
- 素小鮑魚鋪在鮮奶蛋白上,灑上南瓜子仁即成。
Steps:
- Steam mini abalones for 8 minutes. Set aside.
- Mix milk, egg white and seasoning. Stir to combine, remove bubbles on top.
- Bring oil to around 60 degree, add milk mixture and stir-fry slowly until thickened, transfer to a serving plate.
- Add mini abalones on top of egg white, sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top and ready to serve.
