番茄蛋炒素鯰魚肚
Scramble Egg with Tomato and Veggie Amur Catfish Tripe




材料:
好素素鯰魚肚(片開2片)- 1包
番茄(切角)- 2個
雞蛋(打發)- 4隻
靈芝菇 – 20克
薑(切茸)- 5克
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – ½茶匙
糖 – 2茶匙
番茄醬 – 2茶匙
白胡椒粉 – 適量
水 – 100毫升
生粉 – 適量
生粉 – 適量
Ingredients:
Soo Good Veggie Amur Catfish Tripe (halved) – 1 pack
Tomato (cut into pcs) – 2 pcs
Egg (beaten) – 4 pcs
Shimeji mushroom – 20g
Ginger (minced) – 5g
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt – ½ tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Ketchup – 2 tsp
Grounded white pepper
Water – 100 ml
Cornstarch
做法:
- 將素鯰魚肚煎香,盛起備用。
- 炒雞蛋,盛起備用。
- 炒香薑茸、靈芝菇及番茄,加入番茄醬炒勻。
- 加入水炆煮1分鐘。
- 加入雞蛋、素鯰魚肚和生粉水,滾起即可。
Steps:
- Sear amur catfish tripe until fragrant, set aside.
- Scramble egg and set aside.
- Sauté the minced ginger, then add shimeji mushroom, tomato and ketchup.
- Add water and simmer for 1 minute.
- Add scramble egg, amur catfish tripe and cornstarch slurry, bring it to boil and ready to serve.
