番茄蛋炒素鯰魚肚
Scramble Egg with Tomato and Veggie Amur Catfish Tripe

材料:
好素素鯰魚肚(片開2片)- 1包
番茄(切角)- 2個
雞蛋(打發)- 4隻
靈芝菇 – 20克
薑(切茸)- 5克
 
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – ½茶匙
糖 – 2茶匙
番茄醬 – 2茶匙
白胡椒粉 – 適量
水 – 100毫升
生粉 – 適量
Ingredients:
Soo Good Veggie Amur Catfish Tripe (halved) – 1 pack
Tomato (cut into pcs) – 2 pcs
Egg (beaten) – 4 pcs
Shimeji mushroom – 20g
Ginger (minced) – 5g
 
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt – ½ tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Ketchup – 2 tsp
Grounded white pepper
Water – 100 ml
Cornstarch
做法:
  1. 素鯰魚肚煎香,盛起備用。
  2. 炒雞蛋,盛起備用。
  3. 炒香薑茸、靈芝菇及番茄,加入番茄醬炒勻。
  4. 加入水炆煮1分鐘。
  5. 加入雞蛋、素鯰魚肚和生粉水,滾起即可。
Steps:
  1. Sear amur catfish tripe until fragrant, set aside.
  2. Scramble egg and set aside.
  3. Sauté the minced ginger, then add shimeji mushroom, tomato and ketchup.
  4. Add water and simmer for 1 minute.
  5. Add scramble egg, amur catfish tripe and cornstarch slurry, bring it to boil and ready to serve.
