秘制汁素東坡肉
Stewed Veggie Dong Po Pork

38_秘制汁素東坡肉

材料:
素東坡肉(切片)- 1包

調味:
番茄醬 – 3湯匙
片糖 – ½片
鎮江醋 – 2茶匙
蜜糖 – 1茶匙
水 – 100毫升

Ingredients:
Veggie Stewed Meat (sliced) – 1 pack
 
Seasoning:
Ketchup – 3 Tbsp
Cane sugar – ½ slice
Zhenjiang vinegar – 2 tsp
Honey – 1 tsp
Water – 100ml
做法:
  1. 用慢火煎熟素東坡肉並排上碟。
  2. 將番茄醬、片糖、鎮江醋及水煮成芡汁,加入蜜糖,即成秘制醬汁。
  3. 將秘制醬汁淋上素東坡肉片上即可。
Steps:
  1. Sear stewed meat slices until golden brown and transfer on a serving plate.
  2. Make special sauce by adding all seasoning in a pot, cook until thickened, add honey and stir to combine. 
  3. Pour sauce over stewed meat slices and ready to serve.
