秘制汁素燻魚
Veggie Smoked Fish with Special Sauce




材料:
好素素燻魚 – 300克
調味:
片糖 – ½塊
生抽 – 1茶匙
蜜糖 – 1茶匙
水 – 80毫升

Ingredients:
Soo Good Veggie Smoked Fish – 300g
Seasoning:
Cane sugar – ½ pc
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Honey – 1 tsp
Water – 80ml
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Honey – 1 tsp
Water – 80ml
做法:
- 素燻魚煎熱後盛起備用。
- 慢火煮調味料(片糖、生抽及、蜜糖),滾至起膠。
- 素燻魚倒入煮好的糖膠中攪伴均勻,上碟即可食用。
Steps:
- Sear smoked fish. Set aside.
- Add all seasoning in a pot, simmer on low heat until sauce is thickened.
- Add smoked fish into sauce, stir to combine and ready to serve.
