粟米素火腿飯
Veggie Ham with Cream Corn Sauce Over Rice




材料:
素火腿(切粒)- 150克
雜豆 – 30克
粟米茸 – ½罐
白飯 – 1碗
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 適量
糖 – 適量
胡椒粉 – 適量
麵粉 – 適量
鮮奶 – 60毫升
水 – 200毫升
Ingredients:
Veggie Ham (diced) – 150g
Mixed beans – 30g
Sweet corn cream style – ½ can
Rice – 1 bowl
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt
Sugar
Ground pepper
Flour
Milk – 60ml
Water – 200ml
做法:
- 素火腿炒熟備用。
- 雜豆用滾水燙煮後倒起備用。
- 水及粟米茸倒入煲煮滾。
- 加入調味料、雜豆及素火腿,煮滾後關火。
- 加入麵粉水,開火攪勻,煮成糊狀後再落鮮奶滾起。
- 將粟米素火腿羹淋上白飯即成。
Steps:
- Sauté diced ham until fully cooked.
- Blanch mixed beans, drain and set aside.
- Add sweet corn cream and water in a pot, bring to boil.
- Add seasoning, mixed beans and ham in the pot and bring to boil.
- Add flour mixture and boil until thickened. Add milk and bring to boil.
- Pour sauce over rice and ready to serve.
