粟米素火腿飯
Veggie Ham with Cream Corn Sauce Over Rice

材料:
長華素火腿(切粒)- 150克
雜豆 – 30克
粟米茸 – ½
白飯 – 1碗
 
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 適量
糖 – 適量
胡椒粉 – 適量
麵粉 – 適量
鮮奶 – 60毫升
水 – 200毫升
Ingredients:
Veggie Ham (diced) – 150g
Mixed beans – 30g
Sweet corn cream style – ½ can
Rice – 1 bowl
 
Seasoning: 
UO Natural Sea Salt
Sugar 
Ground pepper 
Flour 
Milk – 60ml
Water – 200ml
做法:
  1. 素火腿炒熟備用。
  2. 雜豆用滾水燙煮後倒起備用。
  3. 水及粟米茸倒入煲煮滾。
  4. 加入調味料、雜豆及素火腿,煮滾後關火。
  5. 加入麵粉水,開火攪勻,煮成糊狀後再落鮮奶滾起。
  6. 將粟米素火腿羹淋上白飯即成。
Steps:
  1. Sauté diced ham until fully cooked.
  2. Blanch mixed beans, drain and set aside.
  3. Add sweet corn cream and water in a pot, bring to boil.
  4. Add seasoning, mixed beans and ham in the pot and bring to boil.
  5. Add flour mixture and boil until thickened. Add milk and bring  to boil.
  6. Pour sauce over rice and ready to serve.
