素燒肉扒漢堡包
Vegetarian Hamburger




材料:
好素素燒肉扒 – 4 片
漢堡包 – 4 個
青瓜片 – 8 片
番茄- 8 片
西生菜 – 4 片
芝士片 – 4 片
雞蛋(打發)- 2 隻
調味:
沙律醬 – 1茶匙
麵包糠 – 適量
生粉 – 適量
Ingredients:
Soo Good Veggie Fried Steak – 4 slices
Hamburger bun – 4 pcs
Cucumber – 8 slices
Tomato – 4 slices
Lettuce – 4 slices
Cheese slice – 4 slices
Egg (beaten) – 2 pcs
Seasoning:
Mayonnaise – 1 tsp
Bread crumb
Cornstarch
做法:
- 將素燒肉扒拍上生粉,沾上蛋漿再拍上麵包糠。
- 重覆步驟1,直至麵包糠均勻上好。
- 將已裹上麵包糠的素燒肉扒放入180度油,炸至金黃色,撈起置於吸油紙上備用。
- 漢堡包用焗爐焗熱,依次序放上生菜、素燒肉扒、芝士片、番茄、沙律醬及青瓜,蓋上漢堡包即可。
Steps:
- Coat fried steak with cornstarch, then beaten egg and bread crumb.
- Repeat step 1 until bread crumb is coated evenly.
- Deep-fry coated steak in 180 ºC oil until golden brown, drain and set aside.
- Bake buns in the oven. Then assemble burger by adding lettuce, fried steak, cheese slice, tomato slice, mayonnaise and cucumber slice. Add top of the bun and ready to serve.
