Coat fried steak with cornstarch, then beaten egg and bread crumb.
Repeat step 1 until bread crumb is coated evenly.
Deep-fry coated steakin 180 ºC oil until golden brown, drain and set aside.
Bake buns in the oven. Then assemble burger by adding lettuce, fried steak, cheese slice, tomato slice, mayonnaise and cucumber slice. Add top of the bun and ready to serve.
