素肉丸粒燴飯
Veggie Meatball Over Rice




材料:
好素素肉丸(切粒)- 100克
雜豆- 15克
泰國蘆筍(切粒)- 10克
白飯 – 1碗
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 適量
瑞春醬油阿伯黑豆醬油 – 適量
糖 – 適量
生抽 – 適量
水 – 200 毫升
麻油 – 適量
生粉 – 適量
生粉 – 適量
Ingredients:
Soo Good Veggie Meatballs (cut to pcs) – 100g
Mixed bean – 15g
Asparagus (diced) – 10g
Rice – 1 bowl
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt
Ruei Chun Grandpa Black Bean Soy Sauce
Sugar
Soy sauce
Water – 200ml
Sesame oil
Cornstarch
Cornstarch
做法:
- 雜豆、泰國蘆筍用油鹽水燙煮後盛起備用。
- 將素肉丸炒熟後盛起備用。
- 水滾後加入所有材料及調味料一同滾起。
- 加入生粉水煮至糊狀,淋上白飯上即可。
Steps:
- Blanch mixed beans and asparagus with oil and salt, drain and set aside.
- Sauté meatballs until cooked, set aside.
- Add water in a pot, bring to boil. Add all ingredients and seasoning. Bring to boil again.
- Add cornstarch slurry, cook until thickened. Pour over rice and ready to serve.
