素鮑魚扣西蘭花
Braised Vegan Mini Abalone with Broccoli




材料:
好素素小鮑魚 – 300克
西蘭花(切件)- 200克
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 適量
瑞春醬油阿伯黑豆油膏 – 2湯匙
瑞春醬油阿伯黑豆醬油 – 適量
糖 – 適量
水 – 100毫升
生粉 – 適量
Ingredients:
Soo Good Vegan Mini Abalone – 150g
Broccoli (chopped) – 200g
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt
Ruei Chun Grandpa Black Bean Soy Paste – 2 Tbsp
Ruei Chun Grandpa Black Bean Soy Sauce
Sugar
Water – 100ml
Cornstarch
做法:
- 西蘭花用油鹽水滾至熟後排上碟備用。
- 素小鮑魚連同鮑汁一齊倒入鑊中,加水滾起。
- 調味料及生粉水攪拌煮熱成芡汁,淋上西蘭花即成 。
Steps:
- Blanch broccoli with salt and oil, bring to boil and transfer to a serving plate.
- Add water and mini abalone (with sauce) in a pot, bring to boil.
- Add seasoning and cornstarch slurry, cook until thickened. Pour over broccoli and ready to serve.
