芝士白汁素香迷你腸
Veggie Mini Sausage in White Sauce

材料:
素迷你香腸 – 150克
芝士粉 – 10克
白菌 – 15克
唐芹 – 10克
青椒 – 15克
紅椒 – 15克
 
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 適量
糖 – 適量
麵粉 – 3茶匙
鮮奶 – 80毫升
水 – 100毫升
白胡椒粉 – 適量
Ingredients:
Veggie Mini Sausage – 150g
Cheese powder – 10g
Button mushroom (sliced) – 15g
Chinese celery (diced) – 10g
Green pepper (chopped) – 15g
Red pepper (chopped) – 15g
 
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt
Sugar
Flour – 3 tsp
Milk – 80ml
Water – 100ml
Grounded white pepper 
做法:
  1. 素迷你香腸炒香,倒入白菌和青椒齊炒,加水煮滾後下調味料。
  2. 麵粉加水攪拌均勻後加入芝士粉。
  3. 麵粉水倒入鍋中,煮沸後即可上碟。
Steps:
  1. Sear mini sausages until fragrant, add button mushroom and green pepper, stir to combine. Add water, bring to boil and add seasoning.
  2. Mix the flour and water, stir to combine then add cheese powder.
  3. Add flour mixture into the pan, bring to boil and serve immediately.
