芝士白汁素香迷你腸
Veggie Mini Sausage in White Sauce




材料:
素迷你香腸 – 150克
芝士粉 – 10克
白菌 – 15克
唐芹 – 10克
青椒 – 15克
紅椒 – 15克
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 適量
糖 – 適量
麵粉 – 3茶匙
鮮奶 – 80毫升
水 – 100毫升
白胡椒粉 – 適量
Ingredients:
Veggie Mini Sausage – 150g
Cheese powder – 10g
Button mushroom (sliced) – 15g
Chinese celery (diced) – 10g
Green pepper (chopped) – 15g
Red pepper (chopped) – 15g
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt
Sugar
Flour – 3 tsp
Milk – 80ml
Water – 100ml
Grounded white pepper
做法:
- 素迷你香腸炒香,倒入白菌和青椒齊炒,加水煮滾後下調味料。
- 麵粉加水攪拌均勻後加入芝士粉。
- 麵粉水倒入鍋中,煮沸後即可上碟。
Steps:
- Sear mini sausages until fragrant, add button mushroom and green pepper, stir to combine. Add water, bring to boil and add seasoning.
- Mix the flour and water, stir to combine then add cheese powder.
- Add flour mixture into the pan, bring to boil and serve immediately.
