Veggie Meatball Croquettes with Cheese

29_芝士豆腐素肉丸薯仔餅
材料:
好素素肉丸(切粒)- 150克
薯仔(切片)- 20克
板豆腐 – 20克
唐芹(切粒)- 10克
杏鮑菇(切粒)- 10克
芝士碎 – 20克
麵包糠 – 15克
雞蛋 – 1隻
 
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 適量
瑞春醬油阿伯黑豆醬油 – 4湯匙
糖 – 5湯匙
麵粉 – 4湯匙
生粉 – 2湯匙(壓成泥)
Ingredients:
Soo Good Veggie Meatball (diced) – 150g
Potato (sliced) – 20g
Firm Tofu – 20g
Chinese celery (diced) – 10g
King oyster mushroom (diced) – 10g
Grated cheese 20g
Bread crumb – 15g
Egg – 1 pc
 
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt
Ruei Chun Grandpa
Black Bean Soy sauce  – 4 Tbsp
Sugar – 5 Tbsp
Flour – 4 Tbsp
Cornstarch – 2 Tbsp
做法:
  1. 用慢火將生抽和糖煮成膠狀備用。
  2. 薯仔放入蒸鍋蒸20分鐘後,與豆腐壓爛成茸。加入唐芹、麵包糠、芝士碎、鹽、麵粉、生粉及雞蛋一齊攪勻。
  3. 鍋中下少量油炒熟雞脾菇和素肉丸。
  4. 預熱焗爐200度。
  5. 將所有材料一齊攪勻搓成餅狀後放入焗爐,焗10分鐘,即可上碟。
Steps:
  1. Cook the soy sauce and sugar on low heat until thickened.
  2. Steam the potatoes for 20 minutes. Use a fork to mash the potatoes and tofu, then add the Chinese celery, bread crumb, grated cheese, salt, flour, cornstarch and egg. Mix well.
  3. Add oil in the pan, cook the king oyster mushroom and Veggie Meatballs.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  5. Mix all the ingredients and make patties, bake for 10 minutes. Serve.
