芝士豆腐素肉丸薯仔餅
Vegetarian Meatball Croquettes with Cheese

29_芝士豆腐素肉丸薯仔餅
材料:
好素素肉丸(切粒)- 150克
薯仔(切片)- 20克
唐芹(切粒)- 10克
杏鮑菇(切粒)- 10克
芝士碎 – 20克
麵包糠 – 15克
雞蛋 – 1隻
 
調味:
生抽 – 4湯匙
糖 – 5湯匙
一口田天然海鹽 – 少量
麵粉 – 4湯匙
生粉 – 2湯匙
Ingredients:
Soo Good Vegetarian Meatball – 150g
Potato (sliced) – 20g
Chinese celery (diced) – 10g
King oyster mushroom (diced) – 10g
Grated cheese 20g
Bread crumb – 15g
Egg – 1
 
Seasoning:
Soy sauce – 4 Tbsp
Sugar – 5 Tbsp
UO Natural Sea Salt
Flour – 4 Tbsp
Corn starch – 2 Tbsp
做法:
  1. 用慢火將生抽和糖煮成膠狀備用
  2. 先將薯仔放入蒸鍋蒸20分鐘後,將薯仔壓爛成茸後加入唐芹、麵包糠及芝士碎一齊攪勻,再加入鹽少量、麵粉、生粉及雞蛋
  3. 炒熟杏鮑菇和素肉丸
  4. 預熱焗爐200度,將所有材料一齊攪勻搓成餅狀 ,放入焗爐焗10分鐘即可
Steps:
  1. Simmer soy sauce and sugar on low heat until thickened.
  2. Steam potatoes for 20 minutes, then use a fork to mas. Add Chinese celery, bread crumb, grated cheese, salt, flour, corn starch and egg. Mix well.
  3. Sauté king oyster mushroom and meatballs.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix all ingredients and make patties, bake for 10 minutes.
