芝麻醬素魚條
Vegan Fish Sticks in Sesame Sauce




材料:
好素素魚條 – 150克
萵筍(切條)- 50克
鮮淮山(蒸五分鐘,切條)- 50克
沙律菜 – 80克
調味:
日式芝麻醬 50毫升
Ingredients:
Soo Good Vegan Fish Sticks – 150g
Celtuce (shredded) – 50g
Chinese yam (steamed for 5 min., shredded) – 50g
Salad vegetables – 80g
Seasoning:
Japanese sesame sauce – 50ml
做法:
- 素魚條炒至金黃色,盛起備用。
- 沙律菜放中間,將素魚條放上面。
- 萵筍、鮮淮山排在碟邊,淋上日式芝麻醬。
Steps:
- Stir-fry fish sticks until golden brown. Set aside.
- Serve salad vegetables on center of the plate, place fish sticks on top.
- Put Chinese yam and celtuce on the side, top with Japanese sesame sauce.
