菜心炒素燒肉扒
Stir-Fried Veggie Fried Steak with Choy Sum




材料:
好素素燒肉扒(切條)- 3件
菜心 – 250克
靈芝菇 – 10克
紅椒(切條)- 8克
薑(切茸)- 5克
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 1/3茶匙
糖 – ½茶匙
生抽 – 1/3茶匙
麻油 – 適量
生粉 – 適量
Ingredients:
Soo Good Veggie Fried Steak (shredded) – 3 pcs
Choy Sum – 250g
Shimeji mushroom – 10g
Red pepper (shredded) – 8g
Ginger (minced) – 5g
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt – 1/3 tsp
Sugar – ½ tsp
Soy sauce – 1/3 tsp
Sesame oil
Cornstarch
做法:
- 菜心用鹽油水汆水後,盛起備用。
- 煎香素燒肉扒,盛起備用。
- 炒香薑茸,加入所有材料炒勻。
- 加入調味料及生粉水炒勻即可。
Steps:
- Blanch choy sum with oil and salt, drain and set aside.
- Sear fried steaks, set aside.
- Sauté minced ginger, add all ingredients and stir to combine.
- Add seasoning and cornstarch slurry, cook until sauce is reduced. Ready to serve.
