番茄蛋素燻魚
Veggie Smoked Fish with Tomato and Egg




材料:
好素素燻魚 – 300克
蕃茄(角切)- 50g
雞蛋(打發)- 2隻
唐芹(切段)- 20g
調味:
番茄醬 – 25克
一口田天然海鹽 – 適量
糖 – 適量
Ingredients:
Soo Good Veggie Smoked Fish – 300g
Tomato (chopped) – 50g
Egg (beaten) – 2 pcs
Chinese celery (sectioned) – 20g
Seasoning:
Ketchup – 25g
UO Natural Sea Salt

做法:
- 將素燻魚煎香,放入雞蛋及番茄一起炒勻後,加少量水炆煮。
- 倒入調味料炒勻,加入生粉水埋芡,放上唐芹裝飾。
Steps:
- Sear smoked fish until fragrant. Add egg, tomatoes and small amount of water, simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add seasoning and cornstarch slurry, stir until thickened. Transfer to a serving plate and topped with Chinese celery. Ready to serve.
