解春困茶 (二人份)
Soothing Tea (2 servings)

香附 8 錢
玫瑰花 4 錢
冰糖 適量
  1. 香附加 8 碗水先入煲
  2. 以大火煲滾後轉文火煎 20 分鐘
  3. 隔渣後加入玫瑰花,約焗 5分鐘
  4. 最後加糖調味即可
Xiangfu – 24g
Rose buds – 12g
Rock sugar 
  1. Add xiangfu and 8 bowls of water in a pot.
  2. Bring it to boil on high heat, then simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
  3. Remove all the xiangfu from the pot and add the rose buds, cover the lid and wait for 5 minutes.
  4. Add sugar to taste.
