農家一品素牛蒡丸
Stir-Fried Burdock Balls

材料:
好素素牛蒡丸 – 300克
雲耳 – 5克
靈芝菇 – 10克
本菇/鴻喜菇 – 10克
蟲草花 – 10克
蕃茄(切件)- 2個
椰菜(切絲)- 30克
 
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 適量
瑞春醬油阿伯黑豆油膏 – 3茶匙
生抽 – 2茶匙
糖 – 適量
白胡椒粉 – 適量
麻油 – 適量
Ingredients:
Soo Good Burdock Balls – 300g
Black fungus – 5g
Shimeji mushroom -10g
Buna shimeji mushroom – 10g
Cordyceps flower – 10g
Tomato (cut to pcs) – 2 pc
Cabbage (shredded) – 30g
 
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt
Ruei Chun Grandpa Black Bean Soy Paste – 3 Tsp
Soy sauce – 2 Tsp
Sugar 
Grounded white pepper
Sesame oil 
做法:
  1. 素牛蒡丸蟲草花、雲耳、蕃茄、椰菜汆水,盛起備用。
  2. 將所有材料炒香。
  3. 加入少量水及調味料煮滾,收汁後加入生粉水埋芡即成。
Steps:
  1. Blanch burdock balls, cordyceps flowers, black fungus, tomatoes and cabbage. Drain and set aside.
  2. Add all ingredients and stir until fragrant.
  3. Add a small amount of water and seasoning, boil until water is lessen. Add cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened. Ready to serve.
