酥炸素肉丸
Deep-Fried Veggie Meatball




材料:
好素素肉丸(對切)- 300克
壽司用紫菜(切小片)- 1塊
調味料:
天婦羅粉 – 50克
沙律醬 – 適量
水 – 50毫升
Ingredients:
Soo Good Veggie Meatball (halved) – 1 pack
Seaweed (for sushi roll, cut in small pieces) – 1 pc
Seasoning:
Tampura powder – 50g
Mayonnaise
Water – 50ml
做法:
- 天婦羅粉加適量水,攪勻至糊漿後備用。
- 素肉丸中間剖開,放入沙律醬及一小片紫菜。
- 素肉丸沾上生粉,裹上天婦羅漿,炸至金黃色(油溫約75-80度左右)。
- 佐以沙律醬或泰式酸甜醬。
Steps:
- Make tempura mixture by mixing tempura powder and water
- Make an incision in the middle of each meatball, add mayonnaise and a piece of seaweed.
- Coat meatballs with cornstarch and tempura mixture, deep-fry until golden brown.
- Serve with mayonnaise or Thai style chilli sauce
