酥炸素雞丁
Deep-Fried Vegan Chicken Bites




材料:
好素素香酥雞丁 – 150克
板豆腐(壓成泥)- 1件
鮮腐竹(切絲)- 20克
甘筍(切絲)- 15克
薑(切茸)- 8克
唐芹(切粒)- 10克
雞蛋 – 1隻
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 適量
糖 – 適量
白胡椒粉 – 適量
五香粉 – 2茶匙
芝士粉 – 2茶匙
麵粉 – 2茶匙
生粉 – 2茶匙
Ingredients:
Soo Good Vegan Chicken Bites – 150g
Firm tofu (mashed) – 1 pc
Fresh tofu sheet (shredded) – 20g
Carrot (shredded) – 15g
Ginger (minced) – 8g
Chinese celery (diced) – 10g
Egg – 1 pc
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt
Sugar
Grounded white pepper
Five spice powder – 2 tsp
Cheese powder – 2 tsp
Flour – 2 tsp
Flour – 2 tsp
Cornstarch – 2 tsp
做法:
- 板豆腐泥加入調味料(除生粉外)與其他材料拌勻。
- 將混合的材料平均包裹素香酥雞丁 ,搓成球形後,沾上生粉。
- 燒熱油至70度,將素香酥雞丁 豆腐球炸至金黃色即成,可沾沙律醬進食。
Steps:
- Mix mashed tofu with all ingredients (except cornstarch) and seasoning.
- Roll the mixture around the Vegan Chicken Bites to completely encase, coat with cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a pan (around 70°C), deep-fry Vegan Chicken Bite tofu balls until golden brown. Serve with mayonnaise.
