雞蛋花素香雞扒
Egg Drop Veggie Chicken Patty




材料:
好素素香雞扒(對切)- 3塊
雜豆 – 30克
雞蛋(打發)- 1隻
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 適量
糖 – 適量
麻油 – 適量
胡椒粉 – 適量
水 – 100毫升
Ingredients:
Soo Good Veggie Chicken Patty (halved) – 3 pcs
Mixed bean – 30g
Egg (beaten) – 1 pc
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt
Sugar
Sesame oil
Grounded pepper
Water – 100ml
做法:
- 素香雞扒煎至金香,上碟備用。
- 雜豆及調味料放入水煮滾。
- 將雞蛋攪均倒入,並加入適量生粉水,滾起後關火。
- 淋上素香雞扒即成。
Steps:
- Sear chicken patties until golden brown. Place them on a serving plate.
- Add mixed beans and seasoning in boiling water.
- Pour beaten egg into mixed bean soup, add cornstarch slurry and bring to boil.
- Pour egg soup over chicken patties.
