香草煎素鯰魚肚
Pan-Fried Vegan Amur Catfish Tripe

材料:
好素素鯰魚肚(片開為二)- 150克
 
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 適量
迷迭香或百里香 – 適量
Ingredients:
Soo Good Vegan Amur Catfish Tripe (halved) – 150g
 
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt
Rosemary or Thymes
做法:
  1. 素鯰魚肚兩面煎香,灑上少許鹽及香草即可。
Steps:
  1. Sear catfish tripe and season on both sides. Sear until golden brown and ready to serve.
