麵豉醬蘿蔔炆素香酥雞丁
Braised Veggie Chicken Bites and Radish with Soy Bean Paste




材料:
好素素香酥雞丁 – 300克
白蘿蔔(切件)- 60克
西芹(切條)- 10克
薑(切片)- 5克
草菇(對切)- 15克
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – ½茶匙
瑞春醬油阿伯黑豆醬油 – 1茶匙
瑞春醬油阿伯黑豆油膏 – 2茶匙
糖 – 3茶匙
麵豉醬 – 1湯匙
麻油 – 適量
生粉 – 適量
Ingredients:
Soo Good Veggie Chicken Bites – 300g
Radish (cut to pcs) – 60g
Celery (shredded) – 10g
Ginger (sliced) – 5g
Straw mushroom (halved) – 15g
Seasoning:
Natural Sea Salt – ½ tsp
Ruei Chun Grandpa Black Bean Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
Ruei Chun Grandpa Black Bean Soy Paste – 2 tsp
Sugar –3 tsp
Soy bean paste – 1 Tbsp
Sesame oil
Cornstarch
做法:
- 白蘿蔔煮10分鐘備用。
- 炒香薑片及麵豉醬,加入草菇、素香酥雞丁、西芹炒勻,加入白蘿蔔。
- 加入調味料及生粉水,用慢火炆至收水即成。
Steps:
- Boil radish for 10 minutes and set aside.
- Sauté ginger slices and soy bean paste, add straw mushroom, chicken bites and celery, stir to combine and add radish.
- Add seasoning and cornstarch slurry, simmer until sauce is reduced. Ready to serve.
