麵豉醬蘿蔔炆素香酥雞丁
Braised Veggie Chicken Bites and Radish with Soy Bean Paste

材料:
好素素香酥雞丁 – 300克
白蘿蔔(切件)- 60克
西芹(切條)- 10克
薑(切片)- 5克
草菇(對切)- 15克
 
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – ½茶匙
瑞春醬油阿伯黑豆醬油 – 1茶匙
瑞春醬油阿伯黑豆油膏 – 2茶匙
糖 – 3茶匙
麵豉醬 – 1湯匙
麻油 – 適量
生粉 – 適量
Ingredients:
Soo Good Veggie Chicken Bites – 300g
Radish (cut to pcs) – 60g
Celery (shredded) – 10g
Ginger (sliced) – 5g
Straw mushroom (halved) – 15g
 
Seasoning:
Natural Sea Salt – ½ tsp
Ruei Chun Grandpa Black Bean Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
Ruei Chun Grandpa Black Bean Soy Paste – 2 tsp
Sugar –3 tsp
Soy bean paste – 1 Tbsp
Sesame oil
Cornstarch
做法:
  1. 白蘿蔔煮10分鐘備用。
  2. 炒香薑片及麵豉醬,加入草菇、素香酥雞丁、西芹炒勻,加入白蘿蔔。
  3. 加入調味料及生粉水,用慢火炆至收水即成。
Steps:
  1. Boil radish for 10 minutes and set aside.
  2. Sauté ginger slices and soy bean paste, add straw mushroom, chicken bites and celery, stir to combine and add radish.
  3. Add seasoning and cornstarch slurry, simmer until sauce is reduced. Ready to serve.
