麻油猴頭菇娃娃菜
Veggie Monkey Head Mushroom and Napa Cabbage in Sesame Oil Sauce

材料:
麻油猴頭菇 1/2包
娃娃菜(切條)- 150克

Ingredients:
Veggie Monkey Head Mushroom in Sesame Oil – 1/2pack
Napa cabbage (cut in strips) – 150g

做法:
  1. 麻油猴頭菇蒸15分鐘後備用。
  2. 娃娃菜用鹽油水滾至稔身,倒起放上碟排好。
  3. 麻油猴頭菇連汁一同倒上娃娃菜上即可。
Steps:
  1. Steam Veggie Monkey Head Mushroom for 15 minutes.
  2. Blanch napa cabbage with oil and salt. Drain and transfer to a serving plate.
  3. Pour Veggie Monkey Head Mushroom with sauce over  napa cabbage. Serve.
