麻油猴頭菇娃娃菜
Monkey Head Mushroom and Napa Cabbage in Sesame Oil Sauce

材料:
麻油猴頭菇 300克
娃娃菜(切條)- 150克

Ingredients:
Vegetarian Monkey Head Mushroom in Sesame Oil – 150g
Napa cabbage (cut in strips) – 150g

做法:
  1. 先將麻油猴頭菇蒸15分鐘後備用
  2. 娃娃菜用鹽油水滾至稔身,倒起放上碟排好
  3. 麻油猴頭菇連汁一同倒上娃娃菜上即可食用
Steps:
  1. Steam monkey head mushroom for 15 minutes
  2. Blanch napa cabbage with oil and salt. Drain and transfer to a serving plate.
  3. Pour monkey head mushroom with sauce over the napa cabbage.
