素魚條紫菜卷
Deep-Fried Seaweed Rolls

材料:
好素素魚條 – 150克
壽司用紫菜(大)- 3張
煎炸豆腐 – 1件
粉絲(浸軟切碎)- 20克
 
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 適量
芝士碎 – 20克
炸脆粉 – 60克
五香粉 – 2克
生粉 – 1湯匙
麵包糠 – 3湯匙
Ingredients:
Soo Good Vegan Fish Sticks – 150g
Seaweed (for sushi) – 3 large sheets
Firm tofu – 1 pc
Vermicelli (soaked and diced) – 20g
 
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt
Grated cheese – 20g
Fried powder – 60g
Five spice powder – 2g
Cornstarch – 1 Tbsp
Bread crumb – 3 Tbsp
做法:
  1. 粉絲、豆腐、麵包糠、生粉、鹽、糖、芝士碎及五香粉攪勻。
  2. 紫菜放平,鋪上豆腐料及2條素魚條成為餡料,捲成圓桶形。
  3. 每條紫菜卷切開4件,然後拍上生粉。
  4. 炸脆粉加適量水拌成糊狀後,加入2茶匙冷油,再拌均勻。
  5. 紫菜卷沾上炸粉漿,用中火炸至金黃色即成(可配沙律醬或淮鹽食用)。
Steps:
  1. Mix vermicelli, tofu, bread crumb, cornstarch, salt, sugar, grated cheese and five spice powder.
  2. Place a sheet of seaweed on a cutting board, put tofu mixture and 2 fish sticks on top of the seaweed and roll.
  3. Cut seaweed roll in 4 pieces and coat with cornstarch.
  4. Make batter with fried powder and water, and add 2 tsp of oil.
  5. Coat seaweed rolls with deep-fried batter and deep-fry until golden brown. Serve with mayonnaise or spice salt.
