蜜桃素檸檬雞丁
Stir-Fried Vegan Lemon Chicken with Peaches




材料:
好素素檸檬雞丁 – 150克
蜜桃(切件)- 80克
青椒(角切)- 50克
紅椒(角切)- 50克
杏鮑菇(切粒)- 30克
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 適量
糖 – 適量
番茄汁 – 3湯匙
白醋 – 3茶匙
水 – 100毫升
Ingredients:
Soo Good Vegan Lemon Chicken – 150g
Peach (cut to pcs) – 80g
Green pepper (cut to pcs) – 50g
Red pepper (cut to pcs) – 50g
King oyster mushroom (diced) – 30g
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt
Sugar
Ketchup – 3 Tbsp
White vinegar – 3 tsp
Water – 100ml
做法:
- 素檸檬雞丁炒香備用。
- 杏鮑菇及青紅椒炒香。
- 加入水及調味料煮滾。
- 加生粉水後再下素檸檬雞丁炒勻,滾起即可。
Steps:
- Sauté lemon chicken until fragrant.
- Sauté king oyster mushroom, green and red pepper.
- Add water and seasoning, bring to boil.
- Add cornstarch slurry and lemon chicken, cook until thickened and ready to serve.
