甜酸士多啤梨素檸檬雞丁
Vegan Lemon Chicken with Strawberry




材料:
好素素檸檬雞丁 – 300克
青椒(切件)- 半隻
黃椒(切件)- 半隻
甘筍(切片)- 半條
士多啤梨(切片)- 10個
檸檬 – 2片
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 適量
糖 – 適量
橄欖油 – 適量
粟粉 – 2茶匙
Ingredients:
Soo Good Vegan Lemon Chicken – 300g
Green pepper (cut to pcs) – ½ pc
Yellow pepper (cut to pcs) – ½ pc
Carrot (sliced) – ½ pc
Strawberry (sliced) – 10 pcs
Lemon slices – 2 pcs
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt
Sugar
Olive oil
Cornstarch – 2 tsp
做法:
- 將甘筍汆水,瀝起備用。
- 以橄欖油炒甘筍,加入青椒、黃椒、素檸檬雞丁及糖炒勻。
- 加入士多啤梨、檸檬及海鹽炒勻,再以生粉勾芡,上碟即成。
Steps:
- Blanch carrot, drain and set aside.
- Sauté green pepper, yellow pepper and lemon chicken. Add sugar and stir to combine.
- Add strawberries, lemon slices, sea salt and cornstarch slurry, cook until thickened. Ready to serve.
