南瓜香芋素三寶丸
Vegetarian Mixed Balls with Pumpkin and Taro

材料:
好素素三寶丸 – 250克
南瓜(切件)- 150克
芋頭(切件)- 150克
唐芹(切段)- 10克
冬菇(浸軟及切片)- 20克
紅椒(切絲)- 10克
 
調味料:
椰汁 – 150毫升
一口田天然海鹽 – 1茶匙
糖  – 2茶匙
Ingredients:
Soo Good Vegetarian Mixed Balls – 250g
Pumpkin (cut to pcs) – 150g
Taro (cut to pcs) – 150g
Chinese celery (sectioned) – 10g
Dried mushroom (soaked and sliced) – 20g
Red pepper (shredded) – 10g
 
Seasoning:
Coconut milk – 150ml
UO Natural Sea Salt – 1 tsp
Sugar- 2 tsp
做法:
  1. 將南瓜及芋頭炸至金黃色,備用。
  2. 炒香冬菇、素三寶丸,放入南瓜及芋頭,加入適量水,海鹽、糖;煮滾至收汁。
  3. 加入椰汁,再滾起,裝入砂鍋後撒上唐芹及紅椒絲。
Steps:
  1. Deep-fry taro and pumpkin until gold brown, set aside.
  2. Sauté mushroom and mixed balls until fragrant, add pumpkin, taro, water, sea salt and sugar, heat to boil and reduce.
  3. Add coconut milk, heat to boil again. Transfer to a casserole, garnish with diced Chinese celery and shredded red pepper.
