南瓜香芋素三寶丸
Veggie Mixed Balls with Pumpkin and Taro




材料:
好素素三寶丸 – 250克
南瓜(切件)- 150克
芋頭(切件)- 150克
唐芹(切段)- 10克
冬菇(浸軟及切片)- 20克
紅椒(切絲)- 10克
調味料:
一口田天然海鹽 – 1茶匙
椰汁 – 150毫升
糖 – 2茶匙
Ingredients:
Soo Good Veggie Mixed Balls – 250g
Pumpkin (cut to pcs) – 150g
Taro (cut to pcs) – 150g
Chinese celery (sectioned) – 10g
Dried mushroom (soaked and sliced) – 20g
Red pepper (shredded) – 10g
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt – 1 tsp
Coconut milk – 150ml
Sugar- 2 tsp
做法:
- 南瓜及芋頭炸至金黃色,備用。
- 炒香冬菇及素三寶丸,放入南瓜及芋頭,加入適量水、海鹽、糖;煮滾至收汁。
- 加入椰汁再滾起,裝入砂鍋後撒上唐芹及紅椒絲。
Steps:
- Deep-fry taro and pumpkin until gold brown, set aside.
- Sauté mushroom and mixed balls until fragrant, add pumpkin, taro, water, sea salt and sugar, heat to boil and reduce.
- Add coconut milk, heat to boil again. Transfer to a casserole, garnish with diced Chinese celery and shredded red pepper.
