豉椒炒素牛蒡雞丁
Vegan Burdock Chicken Bites in Black Bean Sauce

材料:
好素素牛蒡雞丁 – 150克
杏鮑菇(切件)- 50克
青椒(角切)- 半個
紅椒(角切)- 半個
 
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 適量
瑞春醬油阿伯黑豆油膏 – 6茶匙
通用蔭豆豉 – 3茶匙
糖 – 適量
生抽 – 2茶匙
Ingredients:
Soo Good Vegan Burdock Chicken Bites – 150g
King oyster mushroom (cut into pcs) – 50g 
Green pepper (cut into pcs) – ½ pc
Red pepper (cut into pcs) – ½ pc
 
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt – ½ tsp
Ruei Chun Grandpa Black Bean Soy Paste – 6 tsp
TY Black Bean Paste – 3 tsp
Sugar – 3 tsp
Soy sauce – 5 tsp
做法:
  1. 起油鍋,分別煎香素牛蒡雞丁及杏鮑菇
  2. 用少量油爆香蔭豆豉,倒入青紅椒、素牛蒡雞丁及杏鮑菇炒勻
  3. 加入調味料炒勻後勾芡即可
Steps:
  1. Sear chicken bites and king oyster mushroom separately.
  2. Sear black bean paste until fragrant. Add peppers, chicken bites and king oyster mushroom and stir to combine.
  3. Add seasoning and cornstarch slurry, stir-fry until thickened. Ready to serve.
