Vegan Burdock Chicken Bites in Black Bean Sauce

材料:
好素素牛蒡雞丁 – 150克
杏鮑菇(切件)- 50克
青椒(角切)- 半個
紅椒(角切)- 半個
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 適量
瑞春醬油阿伯黑豆油膏 – 2茶匙
瑞春醬油阿伯黑豆醬油 – 2茶匙
通用蔭豆豉 – 3茶匙
糖 – 適量
Ingredients:
Soo Good Vegan Burdock Chicken Bites – 150g
King oyster mushroom (cut into pcs) – 50g
Green pepper (cut into pcs) – ½ pc
Red pepper (cut into pcs) – ½ pc
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt
Ruei Chun Grandpa Black Bean Soy Paste – 2 tsp
Ruei Chun Grandpa Black Bean Soy Sauce -2 tsp
TY Black Bean Paste – 3 tsp
Sugar
做法:
- 分別煎香素牛蒡雞丁及杏鮑菇。
- 爆香蔭豆豉,倒入青紅椒、素牛蒡雞丁及杏鮑菇炒勻。
- 加入調味料炒勻後勾芡即可。
Steps:
- Sear Vegan Burdock Chicken Bites and king oyster mushroom separately.
- Sear black bean paste until fragrant. Add peppers, Vegan Burdock Chicken Bites and king oyster mushroom and stir to combine.
- Add seasoning and cornstarch slurry, stir until thickened. Ready to serve.
