菠蘿炒素檸檬雞丁
Stir-Fried Vegan Lemon Chicken with Pineapple




材料:
好素素檸檬雞丁 – 150克
菠蘿(切件)- 30克
青椒(切件)- 50克
紅椒(切件)- 50克
杏鮑菇(切粒)- 30克
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 適量
糖 – 適量
番茄汁 – 4茶匙
白醋 – 1茶匙
水 – 100毫升
Ingredients:
Soo Good Vegan Lemon Chicken – 150g
Pineapple (diced) – 30g
Green pepper (cut into pieces)– 50g
Red pepper (cut into pieces)– 50g
King oyster mushroom (diced) – 30g
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt
Sugar
Tomato sauce – 4 tsp
White vinegar – 1 tsp
Water – 100ml
做法:
- 素檸檬雞丁蒸5分鐘,備用。
- 炒香杏鮑菇和青紅椒。
- 鍋中下水及調味料滾起。
- 加入素檸檬雞丁及生粉水炒勻即可。
Steps:
- Steam lemon chicken for 5 minutes, set aside.
- Sauté oyster mushroom, green pepper and red pepper until fragrant.
- Add water and seasoning, bring to boil.
- Add lemon chicken and cornstarch slurry, cook until thickened and ready to serve.
