菠蘿炒素檸檬雞丁
Stir-Fried Vegan Lemon Chicken with Pineapple

材料:
好素素檸檬雞丁 – 150克
菠蘿(切件)- 30克
青椒(切件)- 50克
紅椒(切件)- 50克
杏鮑菇(切粒)- 30克
 
調味:
一口田天然海鹽 – 適量
糖 – 適量
番茄汁 – 4茶匙
白醋 – 1茶匙
水 – 100毫升
Ingredients:
Soo Good Vegan Lemon Chicken – 150g
Pineapple (diced) – 30g
Green pepper (cut into pieces)– 50g
Red pepper (cut into pieces)– 50g
King oyster mushroom (diced) – 30g
 
Seasoning:
UO Natural Sea Salt
Sugar 
Tomato sauce – 4 tsp
White vinegar – 1 tsp
Water – 100ml
做法:
  1. 素檸檬雞丁蒸5分鐘,備用。
  2. 炒香杏鮑菇和青紅椒。
  3. 鍋中下水及調味料滾起。
  4. 加入素檸檬雞丁及生粉水炒勻即可。
Steps:
  1. Steam lemon chicken for 5 minutes, set aside.
  2. Sauté oyster mushroom, green pepper and red pepper until fragrant.
  3. Add water and seasoning, bring to boil.
  4. Add lemon chicken and cornstarch slurry, cook until thickened and ready to serve.
